Brackets for electromagnetic locks

Brackets are accessories of magnetic locks that provide installation support to the lock. Different types of brackets serve different installation purposes. Various types of brackets are

• Straight bracket
• ZL Bracket
• U-Bracket

You don't need to buy straight brackets separately, and they come with a magnetic lock kit. ZL brackets need to be purchased separately as per the door condition.
U brackets need to be purchased separately for glass doors.

Electromagnetic locks have a specific installation procedure. Some doors are made of wood, some are aluminum, and some are glass. The magnetic lock must always be fixed on the safe side of the door. The safe side means the area of the door where a person has entered with access. Sometimes the door is fixed in such a way that the lock cannot be fixed with the available bracket. In this condition, we need to fix the lock and the metal bar with the bracket called the ZL bracket, in which the lock is fixed to the L bracket and the metal bar to the Z. That’s why it’s called the ZL bracket. You can apply the same procedure to aluminum, metal, or glass doors as well.
