U Brackets for Electromagnetic Door Locks
The U-bracket for the magnetic lock is a U-shaped metallic plate with screws or bolts to fix the glass doors. It also has holes to fix the metallic plate. The U bracket comes in different sizes and shapes. Depending on the size and capacity, it accommodates various metallic plates. Rubber packaging also protects the glass door from damage.
Glass doors specifically require the U bracket, as drilling holes to secure the plate is not feasible. Either aluminum, metal, or stainless steel make up the U bracket. The U bracket is adjustable as per the position of the magnetic lock. While fixing the U bracket to the glass door, care should be taken not to overtighten the screws and avoid damage to the glass.
The U brackets are also customizable as per the requirement of the design.
